Reiki Circle. Graduates of Reiki I at Sweet Peace are invited to attend reiki circles where you will practice offering reiki and receive reiki yourself. Donation-based.

Experience techniques like Drum Clearing and learn how to shift your energy to change your life. Understand the root causes of energy disruptions and how to address them through practical steps and self-healing practices. Participate in a personalized 15-minute energy healing transmission and gain valuable insights on grounding, self-care, and gratitude meditation. Reiki II. Continue your reiki journey. You will learn three symbols, learn distance healing, be introduced to pendulums, receive an attunement, and practice. You must take Reiki I with us before taking this class. Teacher: Stephanie. $40

Guided Meditation Journey: Meet your Spirit Guides. You will be guided through a process of connecting with their Spirit Guides, who are divine beings offering guidance and support. After discussing what Spirit Guides are, we will journey to the Upper World, a realm of angels and spiritual beings, where participants will meet their Spirit Guides and be able to ask any questions if desired. This meditative journey will last 20 to 25 minutes. The experience includes understanding methods for communicating with Guides in everyday life and dreams and emphasizes the importance of creating a sacred space for communication. Participants will set intentions, experience a guided journey, and will have the opportunity to journal and discuss their experiences with the group. Please consider bringing a yoga mat, eye covering, a pillow, and blanket or anything else you may need. Teacher: Jayne. $25.

Shadow Work and Understanding Triggers. Deepen your self-awareness and personal growth. Discover what triggers are and how they help you grow and explore your roles in the drama triangle of victim, perpetrator, and rescuer. Experience a calming 10-minute session of emotional and mental soothing frequencies to enhance your introspection. Engage in art journaling to creatively express and process your emotions, guided by expert prompts and techniques. Conclude with a reflective discussion and practical tips for integrating these insights into your daily life. Please bring paper and colored pencils, pens, or markers. Teacher: Jayne. $33

Rite of the Womb Ceremony. A sacred practice aimed at releasing trauma and ancestral fear from the womb, reconnecting with the sacred feminine, and rebirthing creativity on all levels. Through meditation, visualization, and ritual, participants will clear heavy emotions that can block joy and happiness. After the ceremony, optional instructions will be given to continue this process for the most thorough healing. By nurturing this rite, participants not only heal themselves but also their mothers, grandmothers, and future generations, ultimately contributing to the healing of Mother Earth. Reiki III. Continue your reiki journey in this final class in the series. You will learn two symbols, learn to attune others, and receive an attunement. You must take Reiki II with us before taking this class.  Final certification in Reiki III requires completion of Reiki, I, II, and III.  Teacher: Stephanie. $50

Chakra Workshop. Learn about the energy centers in the body and how the flow of energy within and between our chakras is related to emotional, physical, and mental health. Learn mind-body practices that can help facilitate the flow of energy. Learn about chakra frequencies and how they align with color and sound. This class should be taken before Reiki I. Teacher: Stephanie. $20 

Reiki I. You will be introduced to reiki and the chakra systems that go beyond the physical/etheric bodies. You will learn hand positions, receive an attunement, and practice reiki. Take the Introduction to Chakras class before signing up for this class. Teacher: Stephanie. $40
