Frequently asked question

I am new to yoga. Which class should I take? Bliss, Stretch and Balance, Restorative, and Tai Chi are gentler classes for beginners. Slow Flow, Deep Stretch, and Yin Yoga are also slower classes that give beginners time to find the poses. Beginners are also welcome in Yoga Flow, but it moves a little more quickly.

Classes that say "stretch" focus on flexibility. Classes that say "flow" focus on both strength and flexibility. All classes are one hour unless otherwise specified.

I am a Senior and want to make sure that I maintain balance and mobility.  What class should I take?  Stretch and Balance is perfect for seniors.
