At Sweet Peace, we are committed to offering tools to help members of our community help themselves and their families/friends. Eastern Medicine differs from Western Medicine because it identifies the energy body as the source of much of our emotional, mental, and physical problems. Western medicine focuses much more heavily on the chemical body. We offer information and training to help you better understand the energy body and strategies that you can take to balance your energy, ultimately promoting well-being.  Reiki as a healing modality that combines the concept of the energy body with spirituality (as you tap into source energy).  Reiki transcends religions.  It is believed by many to have been the modality of healing used by Jesus and Buddha. Reiki practitioners learn to serve as a channel and hold space for healing.  We offer all three levels of Reiki, including Reiki III.  Before taking Reiki Classes, you must complete the Introduction to Chakra's Workshop.  We have made all of these classes affordable as we believe that this healing modality is designed to be used by all, and the high costs of training prevent all of us from tapping into our natural healing powers. Stephanie, your teacher, was taught Reiki and attuned by Diane Stein, the author of Essential Reiki. This lineage of Reiki is considered non-traditional, as we do not hide the symbols, and we do not charge high prices for an attunement.  What is an attunement?  There are Sacred Symbols that have been lost to many modern humans, and they must be reactivated in your energy field to help you rediscover your potential to serve as a channel of source/universal/divine energy. 

We offer reiki circles, or spaces where our reiki graduates offer each other healing, because traditional one-on-one reiki sessions can be very costly for the person seeking healing, and the best way to heal is to look inside, learn about the energy body, and learn to self-heal. 

After completing Reiki Training, you will receive a certificate. Stephanie typically provides a certificate that says Reiki I, II, III after you complete all three workshops.  If you choose not to continue after Reiki I or Reiki II, Stephanie will give you the certificate for the workshops completed.  In this lineage, you become a Reiki Master after you have successfully trained and attuned another person.
