Reiki II
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice that anyone can use to nurture well-being. You will learn three symbols that help to magnify energy, receive an attunement, and practice reiki. This class is open to all who completed Reiki I at Sweet Peace.

Through grounding yoga, belly-soothing self-care rituals, and reflective gratitude practices, you’ll learn how to support both your nervous system and digestion as we shift deeper into Vata season.
We’ll also explore practical tools for navigating holiday gatherings, including simple strategies to help you stay grounded, soothe your nervous system, and maintain calm when challenging relationships or overstimulating environments arise.

Rachael Harper is a holistic wellness practitioner, movement specialist, and mental health advocate who helps people reconnect with balance through body-based healing and mindful self-care. Drawing from nearly 2 decades of experience in yoga, Ayurveda, Thai Yoga Stretching, and energy healing, Rachael weaves practices that meet the whole human; body, mind, and energy. Her approach honors sensitivity, neurodivergence, and the natural rhythms of the seasons, inviting each person to find steadiness in their own way. Through her classes and workshops, Rachael offers grounded, sensory-rich experiences that help you slow down, listen inward, and feel at home in yourself.

Reiki III
You will learn two additional symbols, receive an attunement, and practice attuning others. This class is open to all who completed Reiki II at Sweet Peace. We encourage you to continue attending Reiki Circles after your final class.

Reiki I
Learn to channel Reiki for self-care and to support the healing of friends and family in Level I, expand your skills and confidence in Level II, further expand skills and learn to teach and attune others in Level III. Each level includes attunements, hands-on practice, and accessible techniques to support your growth on a heart-centered healing journey. You will be introduced to reiki and the chakra systems that go beyond the physical/etheric bodies. You will learn hand positions, receive an attunement, and practice reiki.

Chakra Workshop
Explore the body’s energy centers and how their flow influences emotional, mental, and physical health. Through breathwork, meditation, sound, you’ll learn practical tools to restore balance and support self-healing.

Reiki Circle
In this group gathering, participants both give and receive Reiki energy to support healing, deep relaxation, and community connection.

Learn How to Assess Your Energy
Using methods from French radiesthesia, learn to detect your personal wavelenth, assess the energetic balance of the chakras, and assess whether another energetic vibration (e.g., gemstones, essential oils, herbs, etc) or practice (e.g., breathwork) corrects a chakra imbalance.
